A workshop, not a warehouse

Every lamp that comes through our door is repaired by hand on the bench. We diagnose before we quote, explain what we found, and give you the option to repair only what matters. Nothing leaves the shop until it has been tested under load and inspected for heat, stability and finish.

That approach matters most with older pieces. Original finishes, hand-blown glass and cast bases can't be replaced with a catalogue part, so we source period-appropriate hardware and keep as much of the original as safety allows.

Why people trust us with heirlooms

Most of our work arrives with a story: a grandmother's slag glass lamp, a mid-century floor lamp bought on a first apartment budget, a chandelier that came west in a moving truck. We treat those the way we'd want ours treated.

  • Written estimate before any work begins
  • Honest advice when a lamp isn't worth repairing
  • Modern safety standards, period-correct appearance
  • Clear timelines — most repairs finish in 3–7 days

Frequently asked questions

How long does lamp repair take?

Most standard rewiring and socket repairs are completed within three to seven business days. Full restorations involving metal finishing or glass sourcing take longer, and we give you a timeline with your estimate.

Do you charge for estimates?

No. Bring the lamp to our Highlands Ranch workshop or send photos and we'll give you a free estimate before any work starts.

Can you rewire a lamp without damaging the finish?

Yes. Rewiring is internal work. We disassemble carefully and protect original finishes throughout, which is why antique owners across Douglas County bring pieces to us.

Do you repair chandeliers and ceiling fixtures?

We do. Chandelier rewiring, arm re-soldering and crystal replacement are among our most requested services.
